This is what we specialize in and why:
- Sandals and Beaches resorts are what we specialize in and here’s why:
- We go to Sandals every year and have been for over 20 years.
- We’ve been to most Sandals in Jamaica and all 3 Sandals in St. Lucia.
- Between us and our ICs, we’ve been to all the Sandals resorts except St. Vincent.
- We enjoyed our first visit, that’s why we started our own travel agency.
- We’ve always preferred exclusively all-inclusive resorts so we don’t need to carry money on property and there are no wristbands.
- Sandals has a great returning guest incentive program – we recently booked our 4th free week!
This is what we do:
- Help you pick the island and resort that best matches what you’re looking for in a vacation.
- Help you choose the room category that fits your needs/desires.
- Look for the best room category at the best price.
- Book the room for your dates.
- Continue to check on the weekly specials and get the lower price if your room is on sale.
- Answer any questions that may come up once your destination/room is booked.
- We can answer your questions about: travel time between airport and resort, food, dress code, favorite cocktails, restaurants, entertainment, excursions, and more.
- Make sure you know, before travel, the documents and steps that have to be done before and during travel.
- Assist in choosing your flights.
When possible, we track your flights and if there is an issue we are proactive and try and find a solution. - If you should have a problem while you are on property, let us know and we will contact managers and help find a remedy.
- We are there for you from pre-booking, booking, before travel, during travel, and post travel.
This is what we don’t do and why:
We don’t charge you anything for our services.
- Our commission is paid directly to us by the resort company.
- The price you pay for a Sandals or Beaches vacation is the same whether you use a travel agent or not, and we don’t spoil that by charging a separate fee.
- Our services are always COMPLIMENTARY.
We don’t book air, but we’ll help you find the best flights for your trip.
If there’s a problem, you can deal with the airline directly instead of having to go through us.
The airfares change so quickly sometimes, that by the time we find a good price and contact you to get your approval to book it, the price may have gone up.
The airlines don’t pay enough commission anymore to warrant us getting involved.
