There are a lot of questions that come up when discussing the weekly 777 sale that Sandals and Beaches has.  So here are a few of those questions:

What time does the 777 update?  Ideally the update is posted weekly at midnight Tuesday night.  In reality, they get posted early Wednesday morning.  Sometimes they don’t get posted till a little later in the morning, but typically they are posted before 7 AM, which is when we are typically looking for the update.

Are 777 rooms limited inventory?  They are only limited by how many of that category room are on that property and how many have already been booked.  They don’t reduce the room count available just because it’s on the 777 sale.

How long do 777 rooms stay available?  Each of the rooms on the sale can be booked at the sale price from the time the sale is posted (early Wednesday morning), until midnight the following Tuesday night.  Of course the sale price can only be applied to travel dates that the sale room category for that resort isn’t sold out.

Does Beaches have 777 too?  Yes, each week 7 Sandals rooms and 7 Beaches rooms are included in that week’s sale.

Is 777 actually a good deal?  Yes it is.  It takes 7% off the rack rate of the room which typically ends up being 1 – 3 thousand dollars for a 7 night stay!

What travel windows apply?  Each room has its own travel windows.  They typically don’t include holidays, but the travel windows need to be examined each week for each room.

Finally, we check the new sale each week to see if any of our clients’ bookings are on the new sale.  We then check to see if the sale price will save the client money, and if so, we contact Sandals directly to get the sale price applied.
